JT Comms was engaged to provide internal communications support to Victoria’s biggest infrastructure development, the West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP)
JT Comms worked with the Communications Team to develop policies and procedures to ensure those working on the project were kept informed about its progress.
We conducted a staff survey to determine views and preferences of employees to help guide the development of those policies and procedures.
